Having a third party evaluate the final stage of construction is a smart idea for such a large investment.  A new construction inspection is done when the home is substantially complete, typically around the time the builder is ready to do a final walk-through with you, the home buyer.  After all the trades have finished their work inside your home and all the appliances are installed, we will be able to provide you with a detailed final inspection report based on the Standards of Practice established by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
