Home Inspections
A pre-purchase home inspection, is performed by a professional inspector, and is a non-intrusive visual examination of the readily accessible areas of a home. The inspector will provide an evaluation of the homes condition (performance) on that day of the inspection. The inspector will provide a report to you in a written format, which typically includes photographs of items that are found to be deficient. The report will allow you to make an informed decision.
